Connection to Resources
At Manna Resource Center, we partner with organizations throughout our community so that we can help our clients get connected to the right resources to create stability and accomplish goals.
Coaching
Following an initial meeting with our Integration Specialist, clients are paired 1:1 with a professional coach on the team who will meet with them 2-3 times a month, help them identify goals related to areas of their life that are unstable or need support, and work with them to break down barriers to accomplishing those goals. Coaching services are offered FREE of charge.
Manna Resource Center coaches are trained in areas such as personal and identity development, financial literacy, career development, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, and the Strengthening Families Protective Factors. Their approach is client-centered and strengths-based as they increase their client's capacity and hold them accountable to the goals established.

The Manna Connect program's coaching and career development components are now provided to all Manna Resource Center clients, granting every MRC client the opportunity to access the transformational Manna Connect program. The community and identity development component of Manna Connect is offered as the Manna Empowerment Cohort which MRC clients are highly encouraged to attend.
